Our story

Ripples HR is a Warwickshire-based HR consultancy, specialising in transforming your people practices, by bringing big company HR best practice, tailored to your SME’s needs.

Formed in 2021 at the height of the global pandemic, our aim is to support small to medium professional services organisations with navigating the shift we’re seeing in the employment and recruitment markets, and the implications for your people. 

Now more than ever, businesses need to be agile, responsive and adaptable, to meet the changing needs and expectations of their clients and their people. This means offering great employee and candidate experiences.

Ripples HR helps you to attract, engage, support, develop and retain the best people, measure the outcomes, and grow your business sustainably.

We work with SMEs who either don’t have an in-house HR team or would benefit from supplementing their existing HR team with specialist HR consultancy services for specific, strategic people projects.

We bring creative thinking to help you identify and solve your strategic people challenges. We’re all about making a positive impact; after all, it’s what gets us out of bed in the morning!

Our team

The founder of Ripples HR, I’m a Chartered MCIPD and PRINCE2 qualified senior professional with over eighteen years’ generalist Human Resources experience. 

During my career I’ve been fortunate to have the opportunity of working for some fantastic organisations and teams at EY, Mouchel, Kier, WSP, Smart Parking, and ENGIE, holding senior HR leadership roles across a number of these organisations.

These experiences have given me exposure to some best in class HR practices and the opportunity to contribute towards and lead some truly transformative change programmes. This is the area of HR I’m most passionate about, as it also lets me bring my creativity out to play!

Seeing the increasing pressures the global pandemic placed on SMEs, I decided to take a change of direction and Ripples HR was born.  I now focus my efforts on offering short term or ad-hoc contributions to the leadership teams of ambitious SMEs, to help define and implement impactful people strategies and strategic HR projects to help them achieve their goals.   

I also offer access to a network of fantastic associates, who I trust to deliver in line with Ripples HR’s values and high standards, bringing additional value to your business, depending on your needs.
